BizTalk WMI and MsgBox vs. Tracking databases

I have what I think is a pretty fundamental BizTalk WMI question. If I query
against the MSBS_ServiceInstance core server class, does that return service
instances from the Message Box database, the Tracking database, or both?

It's been a while, but as I recall it was not that fantastic and it was the
tracking db.

Theres a better method than this. It does not involve any of the pre-defined
APIs for BizTalk WMI or otherwise.
